Thank you for choosing Bud Box. This Shipping Policy provides important information regarding the shipping and delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.

Ordering Process

Our shipping process begins once an online order is made and payment is received. Upon receiving payment, we begin to either process the client's delivery. Please note that drivers can check for a form of age verification.

• Same Day Delivery: Applicable for orders made before 16:00 PM, deliveries are done on the same day between 10:00 AM and 18:00PM. Orders placed after 16:00 PM will be delivered the following day between 10:00 AM and 18:00 PM.

• Sunday Delivery: Deliveries are available between 10:00 AM and 13:00 PM and will be delivered the same day.

• Public Holidays: Delivery times may vary and are subject to change.

Shipping Costs & Radius

Shipping costs are a flat rate of 70 rand. We currently do a 8km radius around Randburg. Please note, if it says "items not available in your region" that would mean you fall outside of our delivery radius and will have to come into 1 of our 12 stores around Johannesburg.

No International or Countrywide Shipping

Please note that we do not offer international shipping or countrywide delivery at this time.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
